Chinese Greens & Tofu

Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Green Onions (chopped)
- 6-8 Large Dark Green Bok Choy (cut up)
- 1lb Marinated Baked Tofu (diced)
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Lo Mein Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a large wok or pan, heat to medium high and sauté green onions and bok choy for about 3-5 minutes, or until greens are wilted. | |
Step 2 | |
Add remaining ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot. |
Whenever I go to dinner at my in-laws, there is always a dish like this one on the table. All green with delicious tofu. The type of greens varies. It probably depends on what’s in the refrigerator or what was on sale.
