Ingredients
- 6 cups Napa Cabbage (Cut up)
- 3 cups Baby Bok Choy (Cut up)
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro
- 1-2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

In large wok or pan, heat olive oil. Add cabbage, baby bok choy, and cilantro. Cook for a couple minutes, stirring frequently until vegetables are combined and start to wilt. Add the broth and soy sauce. Cook vegetables for another 3-5 minutes, or until all the vegetables are soft. Serve hot. |
