- 5 cups Fresh Hot Cooked Rice (about 2 cups uncooked rice)
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Furikaki Rice Seasoning
- 1lb Blue Crab (Phillips or Chicken of the Sea)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon White Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
