6 Egg Yolks
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Yellow Dry Mustard 1/2 teaspoon Yellow Dry Mustard
1-3 tablespoon Pickle Relish (to taste) 1-3 tablespoon Pickle Relish

Directions

Step 1

Mix everything above until creamy and well incorporated. Serve on your favorite bagel.
