- 1 Tri-Tip
- Kirkland Steak Seasoning
- Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning
- Garlic Olive Oil
Directions
Step 1 | |
Dry rub seasonings onto tri-tip. | |
Step 2 | |
Preheat smoker to 180 degrees. Place tri-tip on smoker and smoke for 3 hours. | |
Step 3 | |
Remove from smoker and rub garlic olive oil over entire roast. Wrap with tinfoil. Increase temperature to 225 and continue to cook for 1 more hour. | |
Step 4 | |
Remove from smoker and let rest 10 minutes. Slice & Serve. |
