Simplicity at it’s best with this Smoked Corn on the Cob Recipe. I have several ways that I make corn. This is the second easiest way to make perfect corn (first is to microwave it in it’s husks).

Agreed Cool ! :
IMO stuff like this are great
The directions call for a temp of 350 degrees for 20 minutes. My electric smoker’s max temp is 275. Suggestions?
I would add another 10 minutes for a total 30 minutes. You might have to adjust, but I’m sure it’ll be delicious
I’m glad I found this! Do you cook the corn on the cob first?
Nope. No cooking needed in advance. It tasted amazing. Enjoy!
What kind of wood?
I usually use apple or a traeger blend made for Costco. (Pellets)
Do you leave it in the grill or put in a foil pan
Just on the grill
just on the grill, but can be a foil pan if you like. the grill will give it more color
I have an electric smoker , the max heat is 275* , should I add another 10-15 minutes or more ?? I’d like to try it his weekend
No, it should be fine.
Do you soak the corn before you grill the corn? If so, how long of a soak?
No soaking. I take it out of the husks so it doesn’t have the same issues. Tastes amazing.
I have good luck with cutting off the tassle end and the stalk end if too much is left on, and soak the whole ear, husk and all, for at least 30 min before grilling. Keeps the husks from burning up and helps to steam cook the corn.
What kind of wood do u suggest?
I like to use apple wood, it really taste good. You can taste a hint of apple .
